- Assist the project to acquire Building Regulations approval
- Monitoring and inspecting the construction works in order to ensure the project is not delayed
- Asses the project during the construction works to ensure the proposed works are completed to the required standard
- Deal with contractor invoicing and payments
- Make sure the "snagging" items and details are completed
- Once the project is complete prepare Completion Certificates for the structural aspects of the works
